There are two techniques that you have to do when performing inversion therapies using Teeter EP950. First, make sure to boot using gravity. If you opt for this technique, you just have to strap yourself and hang yourself down. The disadvantage is that you cannot adjust the vantage point of the inversion.

However, you should know that this technique is not suitable for everyone. Performing this technique on EP950 is not suitable for those with weak bones and those with bone implants, individuals consuming blood-thinning agents, people with glaucoma or pink eye, those with retinal detachment and those with circulatory diseases and heart issues.

Doing the boot technique should also be avoided by individuals with glaucoma or pink eye, retinal detachment, hernia, hypertension, obesity, pregnant and individuals who suffered from stroke or mini stroke due to serious spinal cord problems.

In case you have any of the abovementioned conditions, it would be best to consult your physician first before using EP950 for your inversion therapies. This is to prevent any risk and aggravation of your current health condition.
