Suggestions assigned from  application

The application  include more than (500)  women  informatory in lraq , almost of these suggestions as :-

1- Must rehabilitation the informatory and to see the new experiment and  development that simplified the media work ( artic & globally ) through :-

B- Learning an English language .

2- Established informatory culture library contained the papers , books ( Arabic % globally )  in media .

4- Established women media establishment includes the media workers to safe obtain  on the work and                         unemployment     and save not use her spirits

5- the establishment - media went to make a low contract with the in fumitories to save her duties rights .

The  informatory problem  assigned to how work in social reality look for women through smallest look used the media against her and that enter the women  drain gradually and there believes the man is good in practical live against her and she wait the orders from the man , the man reached to the chair by his working .

Iraq lives today in  special changes , all the changes explain face from anther faces challenges . That must replay for all  things like arranged the methodical and activities , rights , duties .  Justice , equal lest depend on the fixed  methodical .

The Iraqi informatory today is exist by anew rules and no administration ways to fixed her and not officials laws and don't have strong  refuge , in case of faced problems and troubles in work , she don't have media establishments with right works but her work combined with special establishments combined with some parties,  these parties drawing the newspaper political and they want to perform them drawing aids. These political not depend on special and good grammars . The workers looking for anther works that don't obtain simply .

Unemployment problem one from any problems in lraq - women faced this problem in media to day in addition to security situation that influence negative in women movement this the real problem and the first condition faced the women . In addition the authority father  we find the women in case of face problems in work .

What we can presented to Iraqi informatory exactly determine by development her abilities and rehabilitation to use these skilling academically or by practically this is the first step that make the women wanted free region and not limited her in fixed  angle and that make the women  standing on strong area . Then she can obtain her rights and salary and responsibilities that good for her and no stay in same media angle for reason the leader ability or making decision centre .

Also we want from media improvement woman picture in media and don't use her for advertising as asexual situations.
